According to police, a 76 year old woman has died following a pedestrian accident in Toronto. This latest fatal pedestrian accident occurred on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Finch Avenue East and Skymark Road in Toronto. The information released by police indicates that the female pedestrian was struck by a 2009 Ford F-150, southbound on Skymark Road, attempting to make a left turn to eastbound Finch Avenue East. The female pedestrian was crossing Finch Avenue East, when she was struck.
