Colton Matthias Leung
Colton is a managing partner at Iacobelli Law Firm.  Colton's litigation practice focuses on personal injury and insurance law.  Colton is dedicated to helping his clients navigate the complex legal landscape and achieve the best possible outcomes in their cases. He has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of personal injury claims, including those involving car accidents, boat accidents, slip and fall accidents, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, wrongful death claims, municipal liability, insurance disputes, nursing home negligence, dog bites, and other complex accident claims.   

Colton is known for his unwavering commitment to his clients' rights and interests. He takes a personalized approach to each case, working closely with his clients to understand their unique needs and goals, and developing tailored strategies that are designed to achieve their desired outcomes. He is a skilled litigator who is not afraid to fight for his clients in court, and has a proven track record of success. 

In addition to his personal injury practice, Colton is also an experienced insurance lawyer. He has a deep understanding of the complexities of insurance law and is well-versed in the various laws and regulations that govern insurance companies and policies. He has successfully represented clients in a wide range of insurance disputes, including those involving denied claims, underpaid benefits, and bad faith practices by insurance companies.  Colton has represented numerous clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the License Appeal Tribunal (LAT).

Colton is fluent in both English and Cantonese.  Colton holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours (B.A. Honours) from York University, where he graduated with academic excellence, and was on the Dean’s Honour Roll. Colton earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Bond University, where he was awarded with Upper Second Class Honours (top 10th percentile of the class). During his studies, Colton had success in moot court and negotiation competitions.  In 2020 and 2021, Colton was elected by his peers to serve on the Board of Directors for the YRLA.

In his spare time, Colton enjoys spending time with his dog, going on walks around his neighborhood, travelling, and spending time with his family and friends.
