A tragic head-on car accident in Caledon Ontario resulted in the death of a Brampton fire fighter and serious injuries to another male. According to early reports, this accident involved a Dodge Neon that collided with a Honda Accord in the northbound lanes of Highway 404, shortly before 6 am.
