There are reports of a serious motorcycle accident on August 16, 2022 on Highway 401 near Meadowvale Road in Scarborough. This incident was the result of a large 4x4 container falling off another vehicle on the highway 401. Unfortunately, the motorcycle collided with this fallen object, resulting in serious life-threatening injuries for the motorcyclist.
This motorcycle crash occurred in the eastbound express lanes of Highway 401 around 1 p.m. on August 16, 2022. The OPP indicated that they have located the vehicle the container came from.
