During the fall and winter months, we often see a spike in the number of accidents involving motor vehicles and pedestrians. This is particularly the case when the weather is raining or overcast, and during afternoon and early morning hours. During this season, drivers and pedestrians must remain aware of surroundings and use caution particularly around intersections and pedestrian crossings.
