While we do not know the full details of how this accident occurred, the injured persons will be entitled to compensation for their injuries and losses through insurance policies and benefits. In Ontario, all occupants of a motor vehicle may claim Statutory Accident Benefits, regardless of fault. In addition to these no-fault insurance benefits, the injured parties may also recover other losses through the insurance provider for the at-fault driver.
